Magnificence, recently fully restored with owners own Kids in Mind, 12 cone trulli with feature 15 x 5 metre swimming pool which incorporates a 3 metre circular children's pool/dipping pool to one end. Available to sleep up to 9 people, the accommodation includes a living area, well-equipped modern kitchen/dining room and 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room. Surrounded by 4 acres of olive groves, the property is located in a quiet country lane just 5km from Ceglie Messapica and 20km from the coast, and benefits from Fully air-conditioning even the bathrooms and central heating.
The property is surrounded by 4 acres of olive groves and woodland tracks to explore, whilst the landscape is dotted with plum, pear, apple, lemon, orange and fig trees. Terrace areas encircle the trulli and lead to the 15 x 5 metre swimming pool. At one end the pool has the special feature of incorporating a 3 metre circular children's pool/dipping pool of just 0.6 metre in depth, with gently shelving steps. (A selection of pool inflatables for children is made available). A shaded patio area has a EMU table for 8 with chairs and a barbecue.
Also 8 EMU sun loungers, Pool has an infinity edge and is fully tiled, all edges are rounded with kids safety in mind, the pool has a deep end of 2 metres (for jumping in) the other ½ is 1 metre - safe for kids. EMU table and 4 chairs at the front of the kitchen under the pergola, shade (for breakfast).
The property is located in a quiet country lane just approximately 5km from the 'gastronomic town' of Ceglie Messapica, famous locally for its excellent selection of restaurants and pizzerias. The 'white city' of Ostuni is just 12km away, whilst the Adriatic coast with its many fabulous beaches is less than a 20km drive from the trulli. A local spa Hotel and restaurant can be found within a 20minute walk from the property. But road is unlit so 3 minute drive is better. Pizza place is 6 mins drive . San Michelle is 10 mins drive - newer small town , not much in it.
