Accommodation in the Villa
Bedrooms
Two double bedrooms, both en-suite, decorated in neutral tones to be in keeping with the original stone. Either bedroom can be made as a double or twin room, and both have double doors opening out onto a sun terrace. Each bedroom has ample storage wardrobes and chest of drawers. The trulli has been designed to accommodate wheelchair users however additional equipment may be needed for the bathroom.
Bathrooms
The two bathrooms are en-suite to the bedrooms. One bathroom has a bath with shower fitting, twin washbasins, bidet and toilet, whilst the other has a large shower, washbasin and toilet.
Living Room
Living/dining area with double (not suitable for 2 large adults) sofa bed, TV, Video, CD player, dining table and chairs.
Kitchen
Well-equipped modern fitted kitchen with ample storage space, oven, hob, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.
Outdoor Kitchen
Fully equipped outdoor second kitchen with sink, fridge, freezer, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ and pizza oven.
Accessibility
Trulli Stella and Trulli Casa Carla and Trulli Mimosa have been designed with Wheelchair users in mind. (Our Mum was in a wheelchair) Each Trulli offers facilities suitable for various abilities, ask us all about it.
All of the large patios which surround each home are step free and internally all floors are on the flat. However, additional equipment may be needed for the bathrooms or bedrooms which is available locally - please ask for details.
Cleaning and Linen
- All towels (bath and pool) and linen are provided.
- The property is cleaned prior to arrival and after departure.
- Additional maid service can be arranged on request, at an agreed price to be paid locally.
- There is a washing line behind the outdoor kitchen.
Additional Services
- Italian chef can be arranged for cooking classes and private dining
- Caretaker can arrange Bike Rentals, babysitting, extra cleaning, help with stoking up the pizza oven - please ask for details and costs
- Welcome pack on arrival containing essentials for first evening/breakfast - please advise if you would like costs for additional babypack
All trulli are fully equipped, provide hair dryers, irons, ironing boards etc.
As the family who owns these Trulli have children with ages ranging from a few months to 21 years old, they are child friendly with various combinations of toys CD players etc. Each Trulli also has ample books (in english) available.
